Our cows are milked twice a day in our modern, superclean milking parlour. The milk is transferred immediately to our refigerated storage and is collected very soon afterwards and taken to the Blackmore Vale Dairy in Shaftesbury where it is bottled for delivery or turned into a variety of milk products (yoghurt, fromage frais, creme fraiche, etc).
	Each day our refrigerated vans collect some of the output from Blackmore Vale to deliver to our own customers around Gillingham and the surrounding area. Our milk is the freshest, most delicious and most local milk you can buy.
